~Biography - Enrique (SELFISMO). Has been inspired to create art since a child. He would draw comics in school which led to attending art school. When the art school closed for renovation, he began doing graffiti throughout the city. Soon after, got in trouble for painting Cuban president Fidel Castro on the wall of his middle school. At 17, he was assaulted by teenagers, and his hand was taken by a samurai sword. He sought psychiatric treatment for about a year. He found solace again in art, in 2009 he moved to Salamanca, Spain, & began painting full time. He cont. after moving to Calgary, Canada. In 2015 he decided to move to the US
